200 years of tradition

But still young and fresh

Although it’s hard to believe, it’s true: this family-run hotel has been in business for 200 years. However, the building’s history goes back much, much further, to the 14th century. The old dining room, the library, and the guest rooms with their pinewood panelling bear witness to this. In addition, there’s a room with a fireplace and a wood-clad Tyrolean stube, just as there should be.

It is a protected historic inn with a lot of charming features that tell of times gone by.
The three small, Gothic churches that rise up behind the inn give it its name – Dreikirchen, which means three churches in German.
The Gasthof Bad Dreikirchen is a historic hotel nestled in a majestic Alpine landscape. It’s made for a summer retreat on the mountain. The low-key South Tyrolean hospitality completes the picture and makes the hotel what it is: a special place close to the heart and a little insider’s tip among mountain holidaymakers.

At our hotel, each of the 26 rooms is unique. But what they all have in common is that they are simple, original, and feature Swiss pine. There is no television or telephone after all, who needs that when you have pure tranquillity.
